The owners the mother company, Chenvel Services Philippines, that started the operations of Chenvel Service in Japan, is the same group of people that decided to expand its market in Australia in early 2019. Consequently, Chenvel Services in Australia was formed in the same year and was later rebranded as Chenvel by Kaizen.

Since its market inception in Melbourne, Chenvel by Kaizen has committed itself to provide customers in Melbourne and other regions of Victoria with a friendly, efficient and reliable service. Our primary focus is providing a reliable delivery service for balikbayan boxes, ensuring customer satisfaction every step of the way.

In 2021, we embarked on an expansion of our operations in South Australia, Western Australia and later on in New South Wales through partnerships with our dedicated agents. This partnership marks the beginning of our plans to further expand our presence in other states such as Queensland, Tasmania, and New Zealand in the future
