What is the maximum weight limit of box?

The weight limit of box is 73kgs(Including Box Weight)

How long it would take to receive my cargo?
Usually, estimated standard lead time from the departure date:
  • Manila – 5 to 6 weeks
  • Luzon – 5 to 7 weeks
  • Visayas – 7 to 8 weeks
  • Mindanao – 8 to 12 weeks

    • Many factors would affect the delivery schedule like port congestion, natural calamities, Customs checking, etc.
    What kind of fragile would be accepted?

    Reminders: fragile items willl be accepted at sender’s liability.

    Cargo is lined up for delivery.

    Outgoing

    Cargo is already out for delivery.

    Order Number

    Empty box order reference number.

    PL With Report

    When cargo has not yet arrived in Philippine warehouse, but will be immediately scheduled for delivery.

    Remaining

    Means the cargo has arrived in Philippine warehouse.

    Delivered

    When the cargo is received by the consignee.

    Pickup Number

    Pick-up schedule reference number.
